This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of iwantmoreclosings.com, doing business as I Want More Closings (collectively, “IWMC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information.
This Privacy Policy applies to iwantmoreclosings.com; the public registration, confirmation, replay, and booking pages; cookies, pixels, local storage, browser fingerprints, and similar technologies on those pages; and email or SMS IWMC sends from this brand. It does not govern Closer OS, including app.iwantmoreclosings.com, or third-party websites, applications, or services that provide their own privacy notices. Josh Sayre’s personal brokerage practice and eXp Realty are separate and are not this site.
1. Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information in three ways: information you provide, information collected automatically, and information received through service providers or advertising platforms.
1.1 Information You Provide
When you register for a workshop, request information, book a call, communicate with us, or purchase a service under a separate agreement, we may collect:
- First and last name.
- Email address.
- Telephone number.
- Optional SMS consent and related consent records.
- Workshop-registration, attendance, and booking information.
- Communications, questions, and support requests.
- Referral or friend-source information you type.
- Other information you choose to type into a form or message, limited to what that form actually requests.
- Limited transaction information, such as purchase confirmation, payment status, or invoice details, if you buy a service. Payment-card credentials are processed by the applicable payment provider and should not be entered into ordinary IWMC forms or messages.
You should submit information about another person only if you are authorized to do so. Friends who receive a shared workshop link must register for themselves and provide their own communication choices.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Internet Protocol address.
- Approximate city, state, and postal code derived from an Internet Protocol address.
- Browser type, device information, operating system, user agent, language, and referring page.
- Page visits, timestamps, funnel and page identifiers, session identifiers, contact-session identifiers, source, campaign, referral, and UTM information.
- Browser and device identifiers, including browser-fingerprint and advertising identifiers.
- Meta click and browser identifiers, including
fbcandfbp, when available. - Cookies and local-storage values, including LeadConnector visit-history and
msgsndr_idinformation. - Video engagement information, including media loads, playback progress, bandwidth information, visitor identifiers, and resumable viewing state.
- Event identifiers and technical information used for measurement, event matching, security, or duplicate-event management.
1.3 Information Received From Other Services
We may receive information from services that help us operate the website and workshop, including Meta, GoHighLevel and LeadConnector, Zapier, Zoom, Wistia, Calendly, Cloudflare, Google Fonts, Google Calendar, ipapi.co, Manus CDN, and, if you pay, Square or Stripe. The information received depends on the service, your settings, and how you interact with the website.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
- Process workshop registrations and register attendees with Zoom.
- Provide confirmation, calendar, replay, and booking functions.
- Email workshop details, personal Zoom join-link instructions, reminders, replay information, and relevant commercial follow-up.
- Send automated marketing and informational text messages only when the recipient has affirmatively opted in through the optional, separate, unchecked SMS checkbox. Registering, booking, buying, or visiting is not SMS consent. A confirmation message may be sent after an opt-out request only when the applicable messaging system is configured to send that message and then suppress further messaging.
- Schedule and conduct calls.
- Respond to questions, requests, and support inquiries.
- Personalize and measure website, advertising, and video experiences.
- Attribute registrations and campaign activity.
- Improve advertising, pages, workshops, and services.
- Detect fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and technical failures.
- Keep records of consent, preferences, transactions, and legal compliance.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and comply with applicable law.
We do not use SMS consent or mobile information to market unrelated third-party products.
3. Cookies, Pixels, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
The website uses cookies, pixels, local storage, browser identifiers, and similar technologies. These technologies support site operation, session continuity, analytics, advertising measurement, attribution, video playback, fraud prevention, and communications.
Verified services and technologies used on or in connection with current IWMC pages include:
| Service or Technology | General Purpose |
|---|---|
| GoHighLevel and LeadConnector | Funnel operation, contact management, visit history, email, consent-gated SMS, forms, and automation. |
| Meta Pixel and related Meta event tools | Advertising measurement, attribution, event matching, and campaign analysis. |
| Zapier | Workflow automation between the website, Zoom, GoHighLevel, and related systems. |
| Zoom | Workshop registration, personal join links, webinar delivery, and attendance information. |
| Wistia | Video delivery, playback, viewing progress, and video analytics. |
| Calendly | Call scheduling and appointment management. |
| Cloudflare Insights | Website traffic, performance, and security analytics. |
| Google Fonts and Google Calendar | Font delivery and optional calendar-event functionality. |
ipapi.co |
Approximate location and network information derived from an Internet Protocol address. |
| Manus CDN | Delivery of certain website media and files. |
| Square or Stripe, when used | Payment processing and limited transaction confirmation. |
Visiting the website is not consent to cookies, pixels, browser fingerprinting, approximate location derived from Internet Protocol address, or third-party use of your information for their own marketing. Those technologies may still load as described in this section. A visit is not SMS consent and is not consent to a paid contract.
Some browsers offer Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. The website does not currently respond to those signals. A browser signal does not currently stop advertising, analytics, customer-relationship-management, browser-fingerprint, ipapi.co, or server-side event processing.
Depending on applicable law and IWMC’s legal obligations, additional privacy choices or technical controls may be provided in the future. This Privacy Policy does not claim that an unavailable control has been implemented.
4. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
4.1 Service Providers and Processors
We use service providers for hosting, security, analytics, advertising measurement, customer-relationship management, workflow automation, email, SMS, scheduling, webinars, video hosting, file delivery, geolocation, and payment processing. Verified providers may include Meta, GoHighLevel and LeadConnector, Zapier, Zoom, Wistia, Calendly, Cloudflare, Google Fonts, Google Calendar, ipapi.co, Manus CDN, Square, and Stripe, depending on the page or transaction.
4.2 Communications Providers
Carriers, aggregators, messaging platforms, email providers, and communications vendors may process telephone numbers, email addresses, consent records, delivery information, and message activity solely to provide communications and support compliance.
We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties for those third parties’ own marketing.
4.3 Advertising and Analytics Services
Advertising and analytics services may receive identifiers, device information, referral and campaign information, browsing activity, and event information. Our current verified workflow does not include exchanging personal information for money. However, certain advertising or analytics activities may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under some state laws, even when no money changes hands.
4.4 Legal, Safety, and Business Purposes
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, investigate fraud or security issues, protect rights or safety, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, corporate financing or investment, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.
5. Advertising, Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
IWMC does not use the verified website workflow to sell personal information for money. IWMC does use advertising, analytics, customer-relationship-management, and event-measurement technologies, including Meta and LeadConnector, that collect identifiers and usage information.
Under some state laws, these activities may be treated as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale.” Whether a particular state privacy law applies depends on statutory thresholds, exemptions, the activity involved, and the person making the request.
If applicable law grants you a right to opt out of a covered activity, contact us at [email protected]. We will verify and process the request as required by the law that actually applies. We do not claim that a requested technical control is already available if it has not been implemented.
6. Email and Text Communications
6.1 Email
If you register, book a call, request information, or enter a business relationship with IWMC, we may send transactional, workshop-related, and commercial email. Commercial email includes a working unsubscribe mechanism. You may also ask to stop commercial email by contacting [email protected].
Unsubscribing from commercial email may not stop transactional, security, contractual, or legally required messages.
6.2 Text Messages
When the optional SMS choice is presented on the registration page, it is separate from any other checkbox and unchecked by default. If you check the optional SMS box, IWMC may send you automated marketing and informational texts, which may include workshop reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies.
You may reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You may also revoke consent through any reasonable method, including by emailing [email protected] or calling (928) 267-0077.
IWMC does not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties for those third parties’ own marketing. Service providers, carriers, aggregators, and messaging platforms may process that information solely to provide communications and compliance support.
7. Payments and Financing
If you purchase a paid service, an independent payment processor may collect payment credentials and related transaction information. IWMC may receive limited information such as payment status, transaction identifier, amount, date, and customer details needed to administer the transaction.
Third-party financing may be available from independent providers, subject to their availability, approval, and separate terms. IWMC is not a lender, credit broker, or arranger of credit and does not guarantee approval. We do not name financing brands in this policy. Their terms are not ours.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and consent records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by information type and purpose.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete or de-identify it, subject to backup, legal-hold, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping requirements.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of transmission, storage, or security is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a security incident occurs, we will notify affected people and regulators as applicable law requires. We do not promise a single nationwide notification deadline.
You are responsible for using appropriate security practices when communicating with us and for protecting any third-party account credentials used with Zoom, Calendly, Meta, GoHighLevel, payment providers, or other services.
10. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may contact us to correct information we hold, ask what we hold, ask us to delete what we can delete, withdraw optional SMS consent, unsubscribe from commercial email, or request an opt-out if a law that actually applies gives you that right.
We will verify and respond as required by the law that applies. We do not promise a single nationwide deadline. We will not honor a request in a way we cannot technically perform, or that a third-party platform does not permit, until that control exists. We may deny or limit a request when the law allows, including failed verification, an exception, a request about another person, or a request the applicable law does not require.
If applicable law grants an appeal right, our response will explain how to appeal. Authorized agents may submit a request when applicable law permits, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
11. California Privacy Disclosures
If you are a California resident, California’s Online Privacy Protection Act requires a posted privacy policy. This policy states: (1) the categories of personal information we collect, in Section 1; (2) the categories of third parties that receive it, in Section 4; (3) that we do not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals, in Section 3; (4) how we announce changes, in Section 16; and (5) how to contact us, in Section 17. Section 17 includes a postal address only when one has been designated. We do not claim this policy is CalOPPA-complete without that address.
The California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act apply only to businesses that meet statutory requirements. IWMC does not represent in this Privacy Policy that it meets those thresholds. If those laws apply to IWMC and to your request, IWMC will provide the rights and notices they require.
12. Oregon and Other State Privacy Rights
Oregon and other states have enacted comprehensive privacy laws that apply only when statutory thresholds and other conditions are met. IWMC does not represent that every state comprehensive privacy law applies.
If a state privacy law applies to IWMC and to your request, we will process the request, any required appeal, and any covered opt-out as required by that law.
13. Children’s Privacy
The website is intended for adults and for licensed real-estate professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Persons under 18 should not use the website or submit information.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
The website links to or embeds third-party services, including Zoom, Calendly, Wistia, Google Calendar, Meta, payment providers, and other platforms. Those services may collect information under their own privacy policies and terms. IWMC does not control their independent practices.
Closer OS, including registration at app.iwantmoreclosings.com, is governed by the privacy notices and terms presented in that product. This Privacy Policy does not state Closer OS pricing, subscription, trial, renewal, cancellation, or software-license terms.
Public Site use is also described in the Website Terms.
15. United States Audience
The website is intended for users in the United States. If you access it from another country, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, vendors, or business practices. We will post the revised policy with a new “Last Updated” date. If a change is material, we may also provide additional notice on the website or by email when appropriate.
